This company was really great to work with. Easy to contact throughout this long long process, review, make changes, etc. We are building our very first home which is such a stressful process, but Brandy and her team handled everything with grace and ease. Even after changing the plan a couple times, RoofCo adjusted along with us. The final results are beautiful and I am confident in the quality of work their team did. Anyone with a truck and a hammer can be a roofing contractor, I guess. You can pick the local contractor with the fancy trucks, fancy new building and offices and pay a fancy price given that their inspection of the roof was cursory at best. Or you can go with a lowball bid all the while wondering why that bid was so cheap. Or you can contact RoofCo. No flashy trucks; just a team that knows what they’re doing.

You’ll get a very thorough inspection report - if you’re looking for a roofer, then you already know your roof has issues, right? There’s nothing inexpensive about having a new roof done, so best to be sitting down when you review the quote. Once you’ve gotten over the sticker shock, RoofCo will answer your questions in a straight forward manner. You can also ask if there are any ways to trim down the cost without sacrificing the integrity of the job. In our experience, there was never any pressure to approve the estimate or sign a contract. One other contractor - the one with the stupidly outrageous price, offered free financing for a year. Yeah… not really FREE is it?
